House details The holiday apartment is part of a small house/villa that has been completely refurbished, and it lies on a pedestrian road ending directly on the beach. The first floor is occupied by the landlord/owner, and the two apartments are completely independent. All amenities and shops are within walking distance, and the beach is just steps from the apartment. The apartment is neatly furnished. The entrance is directly in a small entrance room leading into the kitchen and to the tow bedrooms, the bath and the living room. In order to access the living room, there are two steps to climb into the room. The living room accesses the terrace, furnished with lounge chairs, table and chairs. This terrace leads to a second terrace, accessible from a spiral staircase, from which the is a delightful view of the sea and the Island of Elba. The two bedrooms are in A shaped rooms, being directly under the roof, so certain areas of the room are shorter where you can’t stand up fully. The roof is well insulated for warm temperatures, and has additional fans for the hotter days. The kitchen is not very spacious but it’s completely accessorized for all your cooking needs. The bathroom is very large and has a large shower. The nice plain of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci is not so far, so as the sweet surroundings of Santa Luce with his lake and natural park of Lipu (birds protection). More to the south (about 40 km) there is San Vincenzo and the famous gulf of Baratti with his ancient middle age castle of Populonia and Etruscan tombs necropolis.
